Sharks are seen year-round; visibility and conditions are generally best in the dry months, roughly January to May.

Operators report roughly a ninety percent sighting rate across all months, with little true seasonal variation; consistency is a key draw.

Best time of day: Pre-dawn to early morning - boats depart around 5 am so divers are down at the cleaning stations shortly after first light when threshers are most active.

Occasional tiger shark and devil ray sightings at the shoal; thresher activity noted to shift toward the nearby Kimud Shoal in recent seasons. (Confirm.)
