Blue flow (Wild Hog), with an optional black line of larger kickers/gaps; No Jokes for daring riders.
Group split: beginners ride the blue Wild Hog flow line; confident riders take the black line (bigger kickers/gaps) and No Jokes. No lift; all riders pedal up the parallel forest road.
Very good for beginners, families and mixed groups; a friendly flow hub with a pumptrack practice area.
The riding
Machine- and hand-built flow singletrack with berms, rollers and jumps on forest soil.
Mostly flowing bermed singletrack with rollers and jumps; low exposure on the main line, with optional black-line gaps for experienced riders.
Signposted volunteer-maintained flow trails with parking points (P1); map on Trailforks and operator site.
Popular on fine weekends given free access; quieter midweek.
Season & conditions
Snow-free roughly March to November; low-elevation so often rideable in shoulder seasons; may close when very wet to protect trails.
Spring to autumn.

Wet conditions make the built flow surface greasy and can trigger closures; otherwise low-elevation and mild.

Free to ride (donations support the volunteer association); no permit or lottery.

Stromberg (55442), directly off the A61 between Koblenz and Bingen; parking at trail points (P1). Club address Ruheweg 17.
No lift or shuttle; riders pedal up on parallel forest roads.
Helmet advised; bring your own water; limited on-site services; mobile coverage generally good near the A61/town.
