GROUP SPLIT: beginners on green/blue (Contrebandiers, Chitelet, Barrage); advanced on red/black freeride and the 'World Cup' line. Descent-only via Vologne Express chairlift; climb to Hohneck top for enduro.
Good mixed-ability fit for a compact park - beginner greens/blues plus expert freeride/black; family-friendly base.
The riding
Natural granite rock and roots, forest loam, plus artificial modules and jumps; freeride bermed sections.
Vosges granite - rocks and roots; freeride lines with jumps/modules and technical natural black runs. Moderate exposure, demanding when wet.
Signed colour-graded bike park; Trailforks GPS. Marked technical and freeride tracks plus enduro routes.
Regionally popular but smaller/quieter than major Alpine parks; busiest on summer weekends.

Vosges weather changeable and often wet; granite becomes very slick. Fog and cool temperatures common on the Hohneck.
